If you’re unable to attend, you can call our office after the inspection and we’ll connect you directly with your inspector to go over the report and answer your questions.

No, you don’t. Once you schedule your inspection with RPI, we handle coordinating with the listing agent to confirm access to the property and how the inspector will enter the home.
If for any reason we’re unable to access the property at the scheduled time, we will contact you right away to notify you and discuss next steps.
You may cancel or reschedule your inspection at no charge by providing written notice (email or letter) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled inspection.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a $179 cancellation fee will apply.
